Our Commitee meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday starting from February until Sept.  We meet at:

• Why should I volunteer?

Volunteers are vital to the success of this incredible event in our community.  Without your help, it will be difficult to continue putting this event together every year.  We encourage all to take a few hours of your free time to be a part of this great event and keep it going for years to come!

• Who can sign up?

We are looking for friendly, helpful and reliable volunteers 16 years of age and older.  If you're under the age of 16, you can still volunteer with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• What will I have to do?

Volunteers are asked to assist in various areas such as, event set-up, passing out event programs, parade line-up, assist in making units move in a timely fashion and much more.  Each volunteer or group will be assigned to one task.

• How long will I be needed on Parade Day?

We will need you from 8:30am to approximately 11:00am when the parade ends.  We will also need volunteers during the Car Show so if you like to stay for that, please let us know.  Car Show will follow after the parade.

•  Is there a dress code?

We will be providing an event t-shirt to be worn over your own clothing.

•  On parade day, where do I check-in?

You can check-in on the corner of Huntington Dr and Cotter Ave at 8:30am.  Committee Members will check you in and assist with getting you to your designated volunteer location.
