• Is there a fee to enter my School Band in the Competition?

Absolutely not.  All Bands are welcome and free of charge.

• What type of bands will be allowed in the competition?

Only School Bands will be allowed to participate in the competition.

• Who will be judging the competition?

School Bands will be judged by the Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association

• How do we get to our staging area?

Email's will be sent containing the necessary information including maps to make it easy for you to get to our event. 

•  Can my School Band participate without making our score public?

Absolutely!  Please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure of that.

•  Where is the staging area and what time should we arrive?

The staging area will be on Buena Vista and Huntington Dr.  Staging will begin at 7:30. 

•  Will there be trophies awarded and at what time?

 Yes.  Trophies will be handed out at approximately 12pm at the Royal Oaks Park, in the Car Show section. 

•  Will we be able to speak to the judges after the competition?

Yes, judges will be present to personally discuss your scores one on one.

•  Will there be food available at this event?

Yes, food booths and live entertainment will be available.  There will also be an Arts & Crafts show and games for kids of all ages.
